This home is a starter home for 1 sim. I used a few free patterns to help keep the cost down and because of that, I was able to add a little more landscaping and decorations inside the house.
This home offers an open floor plan, and carport.

If you do not have one or more of the packs listed that is ok. The game will just replace what you don’t have with something that you do have.
