I had a request to build a family farm house using only certain expansion packs. The lot also needed 6 bedrooms and 4 baths, be built on a 50×50, a barn for a horse, cat and dog accessories, laundry room, office area, and an attached garage. Other things this home offers is a pond, formal dining area, upgraded fireplace, and lots a yard for your sims!
If you do not have one or more of the packs listed that is fine. The lot will still work. The game will just replace what you don’t have with something that you do have.

Known Issues:
The dining table chairs may not all work. The design of this room used a lot of archways as décor for the kitchen/dining. Chairs don’t work near a doorway. As most already know, I don’t decorate a dining area based on if it works or not but based on how it looks. This is not something I plan on fixing. All you have to do is remove the extra arches or put in a smaller table. Other options is to use mods that will disable the interactions on the chairs.
The fence in area for the horses is not big enough for them to gallop. Maybe remove a tree? or remove the fence all together.
All my lots are tested, however, if you find something other than what is listed above, please let me know.
