This home offers an open floor plan, galley kitchen, kids room, teen/guest room.
James created a house for the lot that I built this house on, however, for some reason my game always seems to have a problem with the lot of sims getting stuck at the house. I have no idea why. So I decided to create another house that I could use in place of the original that way the area isn’t empty.

If you do not have 1 or more of the packs or store content items used that is fine, the lot will still work. The game will just replace what you don’t have with something that you do have.

Known Issues/Glitches
I believe this is a game glitch and not the lot since I have this issue with other simmers lots as well
Fence – For some reason, the fence in the front sometimes causes an issue where the sims can’t either leave the lot or enter the lot or both. I have seen it work just fine as well. Other houses on the sidewalk have fences the same and work fine with the occasional issue. If you have an issue with the fence, just remove the front portion of it. I have no idea what causes this glitch in the game.
