This home is a large home on a cliff lot. This lot may be placed on other cliff lots but will need extensive terrain adjustments.
This home was designed to match other homes in the area, however, no other homes were on this sidewalk so I decided to take the style from Seaward Walk instead for inspiration on style. This home still has my country home style that I love to create along with the outdoor siding and the back deck styled from the house on the cliff of Seaward Walk.
This home offers a ton of things for your sims! Large front fenced-in yard with a stocked pond for fishing, boat house, private beach, outdoor play equipment, fire pit, plenty of outdoor decks for entertaining, balconies, formal entrance, eat-in kitchen, indoor balcony, game room, laundry room, 2 family rooms, small sitting room with library, upstairs master suite with nursery and plenty of spare bedrooms for guests, teens and children.

If you do not have one or more of the packs or store content listed that is ok. The game will just replace the items you don’t have with something that you do have.
All my lots are tested, however, if you find something that I may have missed please let me know.
Some of the chairs with the dining table do not work due to the fact of being close to the stairs and archway. When I do dining tables, I put them where I want to that I think looks best not because they work.
There are hidden laundry baskets to help keep the laundry off of the floor.
