This home was done in collaboration with fellow You Tuber Shimmer Simmer. I created the exterior and frame of the home so there is no furniture. Sims will not be able to live in this home with out adding the necessities.
This home offers a large porch, small backyard and side yards, garage, and plenty of room to make it your own!
The house is separated into rooms. I labeled in the pictures a possible way of doing the floor plan.

If you do not have one or more of the expansion packs the lot will still work. The game will just replace what ever it is you don’t have with something that you do have.
