Watson doesn’t know what it is about Brenda but he just can’t stop thinking about her. He feels horrible for having these thoughts because he is a married man with a new baby on the way. She makes him feel young and gets his heart racing. The excitement of being together secretly is a feeling all on its own.
After work today Brenda asked Watson if he would like to go out for a little while after work. He figured it would be okay because Emma was going to be working over today.
He met her at a club and she didn’t waste any time. She grabbed him and started kissing him.
The next thing he knew they were up against a closet in the hall way were guests would hang their coats. Since it was nice out it was a fairly empty closet. He reached down with his hand and slid the closet doors open and they went inside.
A little later they were out at the bar getting some drinks when Watson saw what time it was.
“OH no! I gotta get home. My wife will be home any minute now!” Watson rushed out of the club as fast as he could and called a cab.
I sure hope I am getting home before Emma does. I don’t know how to explain my lateness.
Watson walked into the house and there was Emma sitting on the couch in the living room.
“Your home? So early, I thought you had to work over today.” Watson wasn’t sure what to say or how to say and had no idea what Emma was currently thinking as she watched him walk into the house.
“I wasn’t feeling well so I came home. Where have you been?”
Watson took this chance to change the subject. He had no excuse for not being home.
“Are you okay? Is the baby okay?” Watson quickly said hoping Emma didn’t see that he was trying to get out of answering her question.
“Oh I’m fine and so is the baby. I think I just ate something I shouldn’t have.”
Watson quickly sat down beside her and put his hand on her belly to feel. She seems to have forgotten about him not being home. They sat there together for awhile and watched a movie.
