This is a basic starter home for your sim. It offers and open floor plan, enclosed porch or sun room, deck, and a large yard to expand.

Expansion Packs Used:
If you do not have one or more of the packs used that is okay. The game will just replace what you don’t have with something that you do have.
All my lots are tested, however, if you find something that I missed please let me know.
